These files are only for installing the BioQuery server, and are not required to use the BioQuery client application. You must have a servlet engine to make use of these files. Please make sure you have read the detailed installation instructions.
Instructions: Download bioqueryserver.zip to your server. Unpack the full contents with the directories into your webapps directory. Download querys-config.zip and unpack to the base directory of your servlet container's virtual machine. To locate these directories, see the installation instructions.
