The latest version of the BioQuery source code is available via CVS at
Sourceforge.net.
You can browse the code through your web browser (click on the revision numbers to see the code), or checkout the working
code via anonymous CVS access.
Contributors (and those thinking about contributing) should check out the source code via anonymous CVS access. The code can be compiled using any Java compiler for Java 1.4 or later. The libraries listed below are required. If the production version of BioQuery has been installed on your computer, they can be found in the BioQuery directory. They should be copied and added to the classpath (DO NOT add bioquery.jar to the classpath):
